11) Killer Poker Online: Crushing the Internet Game. John Vorhaus wrote the book for Internet players. He has written ten poker books, including several in the Killer Poker Online series. Written for those that understand how to play live poker, but want to learn how to play online poker, this book explains the differences and provides many issues to consider. Some think of this book as a self-improvement book for poker players.
12) Elements of Poker was written by Tommy Angelo. This poker coach does not simply give you details about the game, but explains other ways for you to think about it. The book includes helpful concepts that allow you to play your best game of poker more regularly. This book goes beyond the basics of poker play and gives you plenty of new ideas to consider in your next session.
13) Education of a Poker Player. The author, Herbert Yardley, has been playing poker for decades and first published this book in the 1950s. He does not just explain how to play poker, but how the game of poker has evolved, along with numerous personal tales of some intriguing poker games he has played in throughout his life.
14) Every Hand Revealed by Gus Hansen. This famous professional poker player provides readers with an inside view and understanding of poker, as he sees it. The book analyzes every hand he played when he won the 2007 Aussie Millions Tournament. Learn interesting details on how and why he does what he does during a poker game.
15) Play Poker Like the Pros is written by another poker legend, Phil Hellmuth Jr. This professional poker player details many aspects of various poker games in basic, easy-to-read and understand language. This is a great book for beginners, but also is very informative for advanced poker players as well.
