The Boston Celtics definitely have their work cut out for them in the next two weeks. In facing the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, they start a brutal eight-game road trip that starts on the west coast and ends 12 days later against the division-leading Philadelphia 76ers. Their 5-10 record on the road makes me nervous, but I am sure the Celtics are aware of the importance of the upcoming games.

"It was just a good response, especially with the way we played down in Philadelphia. It was good to take care of business before we head out west." Stated Paul Pierce after their 104-86 win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday night.
Much like the Celtics, the Lakers are no longer the dominating team in the NBA this season. This does not mean they should be taken lightly. Kobe Bryant is still among the best players in the league and can be dangerous. One thing I do know for certain is it will be an exciting game.
